Refund Policy

At Indigo Mart, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our guided audio prayers. However, due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is as follows:

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All purchases are final. Since our products are digital and instantly accessible, we do not offer refunds once an order is completed.

2. Exceptions for Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchased content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@indigomart.store. We will assist in resolving the issue or provide a replacement if necessary.

3. Duplicate Charges

If you were mistakenly charged more than once for a single purchase, please email us with proof of the transaction, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you suspect unauthorized use of your payment method, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately. We are not responsible for unauthorized transactions but will assist in reviewing disputes if necessary.
